SILVER ATENA has joined the Bavarian association as a member. The objective of "bavAIRia e.V." is to improve the cooperation, to advance the development dynamics and to stimulate innovative projects in the areas of aerospace technology and satellite navigation.

SILVER ATENA is an associated member of CETREN, an industry body focused on the certification of high speed rail systems and particularly interoperability across the ERTMS (European Railway Traffic Management System) network. The areas of technical competence are not limited to rolling stock but also include infrastructure, track, electrification, rail traffic, signalling, telecommunications and control and command. Through our CETREN membership, SILVER ATENA is accredited to perform the role of independent safety assessor for ERTMS (European Railway Traffic Management System) applications.

SILVER ATENA is member of the European Center for Power Electronics. The ECPE e.V. was founded in 2003 by leading power electronics industries as a company-oriented network promoting research in Europe.

SILVER ATENA has been an associated member of the recently completed FlexRay Consortium, an alliance of companies from the automotive industry and manufacturers from the electronic systems sector and the semiconductor industry. The aim of the FlexRay Consortium has been to introduce an open standard for fast bus systems for advanced control tasks in the automotive sector. This aim has been achieved and the FlexRay members are now using the jointly developed open standard.

SILVER ATENA is a participant in the Open-DO Initiative which is a collaboration between software development organisations, tool providers and certification authorities. The initiative explores and promotes the use of agile software development methodologies and open source software to develop safety-relevant software, particularly for avionics software applications.

SILVER ATENA has joined the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) as a full member. In the VDA, automotive manufacturers and supply companies cooperate and share their experience and know-how to uphold the competitiveness of the German automotive industry.

SILVER ATENA has joined the „Verein zur Förderung der Angewandten Luftfahrtforschung“ – ZAL – as a sponsoring member. The ZAL (Centre for Applied Aviation Research) is a partnership of companies of the aviation industry, universities, research facilities and associations.
