What is a FADEC?

The dual-use capable Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) is a state-of-the-art, computer-controlled system to control all aspects of aircraft engine performance. 

It provides full control over engine parameters of gas turbines (turboprop, turbofan, turboshaft) or piston engines, optimizing performance in real-time, enhancing flight safety, reducing pilot workload, and offers precise engine management.
