The report provides insight into how we manage sustainability across our business activities – from product development and production to energy use, supplier management, employee wellbeing and governance.
For Silver Atena, responsible engineering is closely connected to measurable action. We develop safety-related control and power electronics for demanding automotive, aerospace and energy-related applications. Many of these technologies contribute to electrification, fuel cell systems and wind energy.
At the same time, sustainability is not defined by the final application alone. It also depends on how we make decisions, how we use resources and how we manage risks and opportunities within our organisation.
Key figures and developments from the sustainability report 2025 include:
- 79% sustainable projects in areas such as electromobility, fuel cells and wind energy
- 100% green electricity throughout the company
- EcoVadis Gold in the 2025 reporting period – an internationally recognised ESG rating for environmental, social and ethical performance. Silver Atena was upgraded to EcoVadis Platinum after the reporting period.
- 91% in SAQ 5.0, the automotive industry’s sustainability assessment for suppliers
- a refined double materiality assessment according to ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards), evaluating both our impact on people and the environment as well as sustainability-related risks and opportunities for Silver Atena
- defined focus areas for customers and products, employees, environment, suppliers and partners
The Sustainability Report 2025 was prepared in line with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), while also taking into account the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
With the report, we make visible where progress has been made, which priorities we have set and how sustainability is managed as part of our long-term corporate development.
